International Shipping Services

International shipping may be carried out through available delivery services that operate shipments from Ukraine to the recipient’s country.

The specific carrier, delivery method, and shipping cost are agreed individually before the order is paid.

International Shipping Cost

The cost of international shipping is calculated separately for each order.

It depends on:

• the recipient’s country;
• the weight and volume of the parcel;
• the declared value;
• the carrier’s rates;
• the delivery method;
• any additional services, if required.

The shipping cost is not included in the product price unless otherwise agreed separately.

Delivery Time

International delivery times depend on the recipient’s country, the selected carrier, the delivery route, and customs processing. In practice, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the country.

We can provide an estimated delivery time based on the carrier’s information, but we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.

Delays may occur due to:

• customs clearance;
• high workload of postal or courier services;
• holiday periods;
• war, logistics issues, or other force majeure circumstances;
• additional inspections in the recipient’s country.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

Import Restrictions

Import rules for genuine leather, hardware, and other materials may vary depending on the country.

Before placing an international order, the buyer must make sure that the selected products are allowed to be imported into their country.

If a parcel is delayed, returned, or confiscated by customs or other authorities in the recipient’s country due to local restrictions, we are not responsible for such decisions.

Preparing the Order for Shipment

Before international shipment, we check product availability, confirm the order details, and, if needed, can send photos or videos of the material.

For leather, it is important to confirm:

• the type of material;
• the color;
• the thickness;
• the texture;
• the area;
• the overall appearance;
• the intended use of the material.

We recommend carefully checking all details before payment and shipment, as international returns can be complicated, time-consuming, and expensive.

Payment for International Orders

International orders are shipped after full payment for the products and delivery.

The payment method is agreed individually before the order is placed.

Parcel Tracking

After shipment, we provide a tracking number if this option is available with the selected delivery service.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the further movement of the shipment depends on the delivery service, international postal operators, and customs authorities.

If the Parcel Is Delayed

If an international parcel is delayed, we first recommend checking the shipment status using the tracking number.

Delays may be related to customs clearance, transit between countries, or the work of the local carrier in the recipient’s country.

If additional information is needed from our side, please contact us. We will help check the available shipment details.

If the Parcel Is Returned to the Sender

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to receive the parcel, unpaid customs charges, or other reasons caused by the recipient, reshipping is possible after additional agreement.

The cost of reshipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed separately.

Returns of International Orders

Returns of international orders are reviewed individually.

Please note that international returns may involve additional costs for shipping, customs clearance, taxes, or other charges.

Products that have been cut, selected, or prepared according to a specific size or buyer’s request may not be eligible for return as non-defective goods.

If you received the wrong product or found an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel and include photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Important Information About Genuine Leather

Genuine leather may have natural characteristics, including differences in shade, texture, density, pores, embossing, surface, or the shape of the piece.

These characteristics are not always considered defects. If a specific color, thickness, texture, or shape of the material is critically important for your product, please inform us before shipment.
