Vegetable-tanned leather – Nubuck from the LA Perla Azzurra (Italy) factory — high-quality natural leather, distinguished by its velvety and pleasant-to-touch surface.

For nubuck production, cattle hide is used, processed on the grain side, giving the leather a unique appearance and strength.
Nubuck has several distinctive features:
* Appearance: Has a matte, velvety surface with a fine nap. Rubbing it with a hand changes the direction of the fibers, creating lighter or darker stripes.
* Breathability: Natural nubuck allows air to pass through well, making it comfortable to wear, for example, in footwear.
* Durability: Although soft to the touch, nubuck is considered a fairly strong and wear-resistant material, especially with proper care.
* Sensitivity to moisture: Natural nubuck quickly absorbs moisture and dirt. This is its main drawback, which is why it requires careful protection and care with special products (sprays, brushes).
