Vegetable-tanned leather – Nubuck from the LA Perla Azzurra factory (Italy) is a high-quality natural leather distinguished by its velvety and pleasant-to-touch surface.

For nubuck production, bovine leather is used and processed from the grain side, giving the leather a unique appearance and strength.
Nubuck has a number of distinctive features:
* Appearance: It has a matte, velvety surface with a fine nap. When touched, the nap changes direction, producing lighter or darker streaks.
* Breathability: Natural nubuck allows air to pass through, making it comfortable for wearing, for example, in footwear.

* Sensitivity to moisture: Natural nubuck quickly absorbs moisture and dirt. This is its main drawback, which is why it requires careful protection and care using special products (sprays, brushes).
